Financial Responsibility
Vitalogixs and its partner pharmacies are not enrolled with Medicare, Medicaid, Tricare, or any government health programs. All services and products are provided on a self-pay basis, and you are solely responsible for payment.
Subscriptions
Some products may be sold on an auto-renewal basis. Subscription fees will be billed automatically until canceled. You may cancel by emailing info@vitalogixs.com at least 48 hours before the renewal date.
Prescription Products
Prescription medications require approval by a licensed healthcare provider. If prescribed, medications may be dispensed by our affiliated pharmacy or a pharmacy of your choice. Packaging may not be child-resistant unless otherwise required by law.
Telehealth Consent
Telehealth allows medical consultations through electronic communication. It may have limitations compared to in-person care. Before using telehealth services, you will be asked to review and agree to our Telehealth Informed Consent.
