Tadalafil comes in 3 dosage options: 5mg, 10mg, and 20mg. All dose options come with 20 pills per prescription. If you have never used this medication before, we typically recommend starting with the 5mg strength. Once you have completed the questionnaire, your Seven Cells provider may prescribe a different dose that they feel better suits your needs. There are different recommendations based on the dosage schedule you are seeking (daily vs. as-needed), so be sure to share this with your provider. Throughout treatment, the dosage of your prescription may be adjusted as necessary based on your experience.

Tadalafil can be taken daily or as-needed. For as-needed use, take it at least 60 minutes before sex. If you’re taking it daily, you’ll be ready for sex at any time. Tadalafil stays in the body for about 24-36 hours, so you do not need to take it more than once per day. Tadalafil won’t automatically give you an erection, so be sure to include some foreplay to get the ball rolling. For best results, follow the instructions provided by your doctor.
