Sildenafil comes in 3 dosage options: 25mg, 50mg, and 100mg. All dose options come with 20 pills per prescription. If you have never used this medication before, we typically recommend starting with the 25mg strength first. Once you have completed the questionnaire, your Seven Cells provider may prescribe a different dose that they feel better suits your needs. Throughout treatment, the dosage of your prescription may be adjusted as necessary based on your experience.

Sildenafil is an as-needed treatment, so you don’t need to worry about taking it everyday. It is typically recommended to take sildenafil on an empty stomach about an hour before sexual activity. Sildenafil won’t automatically give you an erection, so be sure to include some foreplay to get the ball rolling. For best results, follow the instructions provided by your doctor.
